Lovey Dovey Challenge

Challenge from Creative Corner

I enjoyed this challenge. I started with looking at what stamps I could use. I used the Love stamp from Hero Arts, and the hearts from Stampabilities. I used these as an embossed background on red paper.

I also embossed the edge if the black paper and the card with red embossing powder.

The rose is from Stampendous. I stamped two of these and then cut them both out, and used two of the pedals raised to give it a different effect. Not sure what to call that.

The white background on the flower is embossed with swirls. (Using the big kick). The red background is a square that I embossed the whole square with the red.

Ribbon is from Nice and Narrow (Michales sale bin).
